As part of the annual meeting of the American Political Science Association going on right now in Washington, I’ll be participating in a panel Thursday afternoon on campaign ads. It features Fred Davis and Jim Duffy, both of whom have considerable experience making political ads. It also features Vanderbilt’s John Geer, Columbia’s Don Green, and UCLA’s Lynn Vavreck. We’ll be discussing and debating what campaigns ads can accomplish.
