Mos Def, 'Fake Bonanza': The Week In One Song

This week: Political scientists reel as evidence emerges that a much-lauded study indicating that brief conversations with political canvassers can change opinions on same-sex marriage could be fake.

Among other things, this is going to make it harder for me to fall back on my strategy of identifying myself as a political scientist when people bring up the topic of data falsification in social psychology.
To mark this inauspicious turn of events, I give you ‘Fake Bonanza,’ a track off 2006’s “True Magic,” by the artist formerly known as Mos Def. Though the album was not terribly well-received by critics, this song is a good one.
