It is with great sadness that I must share the news that my dear colleague Christopher Clayton Joyner passed away last night. Chris was a political scientist best known for his many contributions to the study of international law and politics. He was a terrific teacher and human being; revered by his students and loved by his colleagues. We will all miss “Dr. J.” His close friend Tony Arend has more.
